If you experience any type of allergic reaction, please discontinue use immediately of that product. Always do a patch test inside your elbow or lower part of your leg to test sensitivity. 

All of our products are made with natural and organic ingredients and it's possible to still have an allergic reaction due to your skin being sensitive to certain essential oils or fragrances.

Sugarful Elements LLC accepts no responsibility or liability for any adverse effects or consequences from the use of our products. 

Our products are gentle and we use the best natural and organic oils and botanicals. None have been evaluated by the FDA. The contents of this website is for information purposes only and is not intended for medical advise or treatment outside of your physician. It is intended to enhance the care of your skin only. Never use any products on broken or irritated skin. Patch testing is always preferred and recommended with any use of our products. 

Sugarful Elements products are handmade in small batches by the owner. Quality controlled products in a dedicated work environment is most important to us. All containers and packaging are disinfected and or treated with UV sanitation before adding the product. 

Returns

We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once orders are placed. All sales final.

With the nature of our products being bath and body, once opened the contents become contaminated and therefore not re-usable or re sellable. 

*If you experience any errors on our part such as receiving the incorrect items, missing items, damages contents, etc.. please send us an email with picture and item will be replaced at no charge.

Shipping

Our shipping policy is a max 7 -10 business days. Includes production of your items and shipping time. Most orders are out within 3 days. We ship Monday- Saturday. 

Once your package leaves our facility and is mailed, we are not responsible for the transit. 

Claims can be processed with USPS.com

Please use correct addresses when placing orders. If you submit the wrong address, email us immediately and we can correct before shipping. 

We currently ship in USA only.
